9 October 2026 · Website notes and book-topic previews

Added three newly compiled website notes in full and twelve brief book-topic previews. Three submission outlines remain available. The trust essay stays withdrawn for revision. No reserved book manuscript was released.

10 October 2026 · Trust essay source boundary

Updated the same unpublished bilingual review draft to v0.4.1 after reading Sztompka’s complete 1997 working paper. The record now distinguishes having corrective controls in reserve from activating them routinely: the latter may signal pervasive breach and weaken trust. The restricted 1998 journal text was not compared page by page. The revised essay body remains unpublished.

9 October 2026 · Trust essay withdrawn for revision

The author judged the institutional-trust essay insufficiently mature. Removed its full text and marked the existing page as under substantial revision. The previous publication entry below is retained as history, not current availability.

9 October 2026 · First anthology selection

Published the complete bilingual text of What Makes an Institution Worthy of Trust? (v0.3.2), plus outlines on control of correction, war authorization, and queueing as an institutional analogy. The three full manuscripts remain reserved for possible external submission.

9 October 2026 · Website accountability update

Added a durable challenge inbox with private receipts, project attribution, concept status, explicit essay statuses, and three draft protocol summaries. Standardized navigation and added citation copying. Translation review labels are now prominent.

These changes provide a way to receive objections. They do not establish independent adjudication, a guaranteed response time, or completed experiments.

7 October 2026 · Evidence-dependency pilot proposal

An exploratory plan proposes ten manually assembled evidence states and twenty participants. Measures would test identification of original sources, recognition of shared dependencies, confidence calibration, and reuse. Baselines, scoring and stopping thresholds still need to be frozen. No results are reported.

27 September 2026 · Language and crawlability maintenance

Separate language URLs, canonical links and a sitemap were checked. Search-engine crawl permission is not proof of indexing. Spanish, French, German and Japanese remain awaiting human review.

8 September 2026 · Public white paper v0.3

The published paper records the four-layer framework, objections, limits and self-application commitments.

A named “White House Accord case #001” has been proposed for this record, but its source package and publication-ready text have not been verified here. It is not listed as a completed case.
